Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental US only - but are looking to expand in the future as our startup business grows!
How long will it take to receive my order?
You will receive an email confirmation after your order ships, after which the shipment should arrive within 5-7 business days via Standard Shipping.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time, but aim to provide this service in the future.
When will my order ship?
Orders should ship within 1-2 business days after payment processing.

Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to offer returns on opened and used items. However, if you are dissatisfied with your Drizzle Beauty purchase for any reason, please email support@drizzlebeautyco.com and we will work with you to find a solution.

Is Drizzle Beauty gel polish nontoxic?
Yes, our polish is free of 9 major toxins (DPB, toulene, formaldehyde, camphor, parabens, formaldehyde resin, TPHP, xylene and ethyl tosylamide) and has a 100% vegan formula.
How do I remove Drizzle Beauty gel polish?
Gently buff away the top coat using a nail file and then soak your nails in acetone - or wrap using the gel removal pads in the Drizzle Beauty Starter Kit - for 10 minutes. The gel polish should have softened and can be gently scraped away using the cuticle pusher tool included in the Starter Kit.
How do I use the gel mani kit?
1) Prep
File your nails into your favorite shape. Apply a thin layer of base coat, making sure to avoid the skin around the nails, and cure each hand under the UV/LED lamp for 30-60 seconds.
2) Paint
Choose your color and apply a THIN layer of gel polish to your nails. Cure each hand under the UV/LED lamp for 30-60 seconds - then repeat with a thicker coat. Two coats should be enough for a rich, opaque finish!
3) Top
Apply a layer of glossy or velvet matte top coat. Make sure to avoid/wipe away from the skin around your nails before curing. Cure each hand for 30-60 seconds. Enjoy your salon-quality mani!
How long should I cure my polish?
Our gel polish is formulated to cure in no more than 60 seconds under a 48W UV/LED lamp (like our Drizzle Beauty gel nail lamp). Thinner coats will take less time to cure than thicker coats - when applied as directed, each coat should cure within 30 seconds.
How do I achieve a smooth, long-lasting finish?
Make sure the nails are clean and and smooth prior to applying the base coat. Be careful to avoid the skin around the nails while painting as this can cause the polish to lift and chip. Start with a thin coat of gel color polish to provide a nice base for the second thicker coat, and top with an even application of top coat for an ultra-glossy finish. Another helpful technique for a long-lasting application is to "cap" the polish by swiping the brush across the top ridge of the nail.
